  • ONLINE SPACE

    If you have a private safe space and and a device to connect to zoom, online therapy can be an ideal option. Being online takes away the limitations of geographical locations, it allows you to be somewhere familiar and takes away the need to adjust to a new environment. Having control of your surroundings offers a means to settle easier and at times adapt quicker to the therapy experience. Having been on both sides of the therapy screen over many years, I find it a wonderful option.

  • IN PERSON

    The clinic space offers a safe and neutral environment away from technology, to explore what is moving internally. Being together in the same room offers another level of connection and for some, access to deeper regulation.

  • OUTSIDE SPACE

    Working eco somatically can be a wonderful way to approach therapy. Exploring the inner landscapes of experience whilst moving through an external natural environment. Using nature as an ally and a support, a means to make connections and gain understanding.
