Tuesday evening Seasonal movements 7.45-8.45pm. A class inspired and in connection with the seasons and nature. Bringing movements that suit the energy of the time we are in and working into areas of the body that will most benefit from the space and the strength as we negotiate the changing seasonal climate we inhabit. This class is suitable for all levels however in the summer months we bring the energy up a little. As always you will be encouraged to rest when you feel the need and alternatives postures are always offered.

Offering 1:1 sessions on Zoom and in person.
Sessions will be tailored to suit you, using a combination of movement, breathwork, deep relaxation, energetic and mediative practices. These sessions are particularly useful if you are new to yoga or uncomfortable in a group class, have injury or illness or need a specific practice to support your mental health or work/sport/lifestyle. Wednesdays 15th and 22nd and 29th of january, 5th February
7.30-8pm
Half an hour meditations throughout January, this booking includes all 4 sessions, book first date only. This practice offers a place of rest and quiet, through the use of poetry, story, myth and the energy of the time I hope to guide you into a meditation space that is without pressure or expectation. With the support of the circle and the outer field this is a space that is open for you to come in as you are and to experience and explore what is here for you.
